Nobody likes giving up the spotlight, especially to share it with somebody else. Okay, maybe we're speaking out of our own trauma but one way or another, going from being the newest, youngest, cutest, etc in the house to now no longer the newest, youngest, cutest - it does a number on you, it makes you feel a type of way. If you're an older sibling, you probably know what we're talking about.

Believe it or not, cats too, know a thing or two when it comes to jealousy and sibling rivalry. Cats love being the center of attention and having everyone be of service to them. But there comes a time when life does its thing where everything shifts a complete 180. In this case, we're referring to hoomans deciding to adopt another pet. Or should we say… dog.
